1 Installation Guide Overview
This guide describes the installation of the TOMVIEW Optimization
Environment for Windows.
There are basically three steps:
extract the application files, mass compile and install license files.
The first step is to
register as a
TOMVIEW user and download the distribution.
Make sure the system is supported by TOMVIEW in Section
2, then go to Section
3 and follow the
instructions to obtain a copy of TOMVIEW. When the installation file
has been downloaded, go to Subsection
4 for the system
in question and follow the instructions.
It is important to Mass Compile the distribution, as described in
Section
5, and that the required environment
variables are set (see Section
6). The final step is
to install the license file(s), which is described in Section
7.
