What is TOMNET?
The TOMNET Optimization Environment enables the solution of a new range of problem types in .NET.
A solver-independent design introduces full flexibility in solving large-scale
nonlinear data fitting, transportation and planning problems.
The system also features a standardized input-output format, thereby enabling seamless execution of prototyping work.
Structures for managing sparse data is included in the general Base Module functionality.

TOMNET /BASE v1.0 includes several solvers for linear, mixed-integer linear optimization as well as mixed-integer global optimization.
Many interfaces for re-formulating standard problems are also included. Sparse matrix functionality gives the user the ability to create very large matrices.

Developed in cooperation with Systems Optimization Laboratory (SOL) with .NET and TOMNET users. The toolbox includes the solvers MINOS, QPOPT, NPSOL, NLSSOL, LSSOL.
